Tumble dryer deep clean +£35 a year
Added to the annual inspection visit. The dryer is opened up and the lint cleared out of the places the filter never reaches.

The plan covers domestic white goods in a residential property. Gas appliances are not inspected. Faults that already exist when the plan starts are not covered — we will repair those first and the plan can start afterwards. We do not cover commercial or coin-operated machines.
What exactly is the maintenance plan and what does it get me?
£19.99 a month, or £190 paid annually. It buys one inspection visit a year covering every white good in the property, a washing machine descale, door seals cleaned and checked, and a visual and electrical inspection where it can safely be done. It also cuts the call-out to £50 on anything found during that inspection, takes 20% off every other call-out and 10% off parts, and gives you priority booking including Saturday and evening slots.
Is the plan insurance?
No, and we are careful not to describe it that way. It is a service contract: it buys an annual inspection and cheaper labour. It does not pay out for a broken appliance and it does not cover the cost of parts.
Does the plan cover parts?
No. Parts are charged at 10% off while the plan is running, quoted for your approval before anything is fitted, the same as any other job.
How many appliances does it cover?
Every white good in the property. There is no per-appliance limit and no per-appliance charge. Gas appliances are not inspected under the plan.
Is paying annually cheaper?
Yes. £190 a year against £19.99 a month, which is £239.88 over twelve months — so paying annually saves £49.88, a little under two and a half months.
Can I join if an appliance is already broken?
The plan does not cover a fault that already exists when it starts. We will repair that first at the normal call-out, and the plan can start straight afterwards.
How do I cancel?
There is no minimum term. Thirty days' notice ends it and nothing further is taken. If you have paid for a year and cancel part way through, we refund the unused whole months.
What happens at the annual visit?
We work through every white good in the house: descale the washing machine, clean and inspect the door seals, check the machines over visually and electrically where it can safely be done, and tell you plainly about anything that looks like it is on its way out. If we find a fault you want putting right, the call-out for that is £50 rather than the usual price.
Can I add a tumble dryer deep clean?
Yes, £35 a year on top, done at the same visit. The dryer is opened up and the lint cleared out of the ducting, the fan and the condenser — the places the filter never reaches. It reduces fire risk and stops the machine running hot and long.
Is there a discount for more than one property?
Yes. 10% off the first two additional plans. For three or more properties we price it individually — tell us how many addresses and we will put a figure together.
Does the plan guarantee a same-day visit?
It guarantees priority: plan customers go to the front of the queue and can have Saturday and evening slots. It is not a same-day guarantee, because on a day when three machines have flooded three kitchens nobody can honestly promise that.
